Team Cut

Team Cut is focused on weight loss, definition, and aerobic endurance. These workouts will have you sweating and breathing hard. There will be plenty of bodyweight exercises, light to medium weight training, and cardio. We’ll do lots of reps and circuits to keep your heart rate up. You and your teammates will also have monthly challenges to keep you motivated. If you’re finally ready to drop some body fat, you came to the right place.

Team Build

Team Build is focused on gaining strength and lean muscle. This group is perfect for both men and women. These workouts will have less cardio than Team Cut. We will lift heavy while emphasizing technique over maximal weight. Team Build will also work on bodyweight control and preventing muscular imbalance and injury. If your goal is to have a strong and aesthetic body, this is the team for you.

Team Perform

Expect high intensity workouts involving multiple training modalities. We recommend our Team Perform members have at least 1 year of training experience before joining. If you’re looking to compete or just see what your body is capable of, look no further.
