What we do
Virtual Team Fitness takes the guesswork out of your gym experience. We provide an easy to use training plan for the gym or at-home that progresses with you week to week. VTF has five teams each running a separate program that corresponds with a specific goal. Members will have the opportunity to participate in frequent leaderboard challenges and interact with other VTF members in the same team to stay motivated.
We use the same software that professional strength and conditioning coaches use for their teams. It lets you and your coach easily track, record, and modify activity in the gym.

Coach Will Barker, Owner
I have been a personal trainer and strength coach since 2014. My clients have been athletes and non-athletes of all ages and skill levels with a variety of personal goals. In 2016, I earned a Masters degree in Exercise Science from the University of Houston - Clear Lake, and following the completion of my degree, I worked as an exercise scientist at NASA Johnson Space Center. I am a certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (through NSCA), a certified nutrition coach (through Precision Nutrition), a USA Weightlifting Level 2 Coach, and a competitive olympic weightlifter. My free time is happily spent playing and relaxing with my wife and daughters.
